you think this world is some simulation but time passes and you’ll meet people and things happen that you’ll regret and can’t change and that’ll fuck you up. it’ll fuck up your life, it’ll fuck up your heart, and it’ll fuck your mind. you’ll feel so stranded and lonely and realize that this might actually be real life and that things happen and you can never go back in time to change it. you have to treat everyone with kindness and you have to be the best version of yourself every single day and second. no one will actually expect you to, but they will hold it against you so it’s up to you so you can live your own life with the least amount of regrets and a great amount of happiness so long as your mind is conscious
