At ismelebuis, we work with Printful to fulfill and ship our products. Because our items are custom-made and print-on-demand, we follow Printful’s policies regarding returns and refunds.

Our Policy

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed in shipping, please contact us at contact@ismelebuis.com so we can assist you.

Printful’s Role

  • Printful handles manufacturing and shipping, and they have strict quality controls.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or printing error, Printful will reprint or refund the item.

  • To report a problem with your order, please contact us within [15] days of receiving your package, providing photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will work with Printful to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at contact@ismelebuis.com with your order number and details.

  2. Include clear photos showing the issue with the product.

  3. We will review your request and coordinate with Printful to provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order.
