At ismelebuis, we work with Printful to fulfill and ship our products. Because our items are custom-made and print-on-demand, we follow Printful’s policies regarding returns and refunds.

Printful’s Role

Printful handles manufacturing and shipping, and they have strict quality controls.

If there is a manufacturing defect or printing error, Printful will reprint or refund the item.
